The mind, body and spirit

We live in a world of our own selfish interest only looking towards the delight in our own individual self, self-love, self-hate…is this the raillery of being man; even animals have a better trust and cooperation in their endless quest for battle for the fittest, unlike man given all the praise, all the honor is the only pernicious creature that walked the surface with the unworthy title of a higher breed. Though there  are many quotes  created by great men with experience; I decided to follow my own path and forge a life with my own ideology, lessons and experiences…hoping to change the mentality of these experiences  but to  discover  that I am no different from these men only experiencing the same bad effect that lead to its creation and gives us the reality of the inevitable. That things of our present life is of temporary importance. Even I the writer ,haven’t  opened my mind to grasp this concept but now I seek a truth greater than the one already imbibed in me.
